A caring and committed community for all stages of retirement, San Clemente Villas by the Sea offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are a vibrant and active retirement community offering assisted living to those over 65. Located in San Clemente near Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano we are near the freeway, fire department and emergency hospital.

Our professional staff is trained and ready to provide many types of services for the older senior including memory care for Alzheimer patients.

We offer designer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment home floor plans that can be delivered furnished or unfurnished. Apartments are available month-to-month and weekly housekeeping and three meals a day are included.

We believe that retirement living should include a strong social component. At San Clemente Villas every day is a party.Some of our residents have said we are like a cruise ship that never sails. We offer many amenities and activities because retirement is and should be fun.
