Our communities offer active seniors choices about how they want to live. There are several apartment floor plans to choose from. There are also lifestyle choices: a full schedule of activities; three meals a day; and options for personalized service to meet a resident's particular needs.

For independent living residents, San Clemente Villas offers a wide variety of social, cultural and recreational programs.. Book groups, card games and shopping excursions — these are just a few of the many activities our residents enjoy. We listen to residents' feedback to develop programs that will complement our seniors' current interests as well as help them discover new ones. We throw parties for most every occasion.  We believe more than anything else that retirement should be fun

Independent Living residents enjoy fine dining experiences. Our meals are prepared from the freshest ingredients, and our menus feature restaurant style choices. The San Clemente Villas Kitchen staff creates healthy and delicious meals three times a day.
